Paul Sada has more than 15 years of law enforcement experience collaborating with both federal and state agencies. Certified in various high-lability training and tactical operations, Paul has worked as a grenadier and less lethal operator on the Emergency Responses Team, dive rescue and recovery operator on the Dive Team, is trained in radiation detection and special weapons and tactics, served as an undercover narcotics investigator, tactical flight operator, and a member of the Capital Asset Dignitary Protection detail with the Secret Service.


Throughout his career, Paul has received numerous awards and commendations, including the Life Saving Award, the prestigious National Sheriff’s Association Medal of Valor, and certificate of appreciation from the Florida Senate, to name a few. Currently, he serves as a board member for the Police Benevolent Association.


Paul’s specialized training and professional experience has given him the veracity to help develop training curriculums for various law enforcement organizations. As a Training Officer with Global Tactics, LLC., Paul has co-hosted a variety of tactical and safety seminars for community partners, hospitals, colleges/universities, private sector organizations, and business corporations.


Stretching beyond law enforcement, his passion for training developed out of his continued thirst for knowledge. From the ballfield to the mats, Paul is a former collegiate athlete, playing NCAA baseball in New York and Miami, and has training in various martial arts disciplines, including in Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, and Tae Kwon Do. Believing that knowledge is power, Paul’s training regimen mirrors that of a “collegiate athlete” understanding the discipline required to become an “expert” in his field.
